Db (D flat) is in general less used than C# (C sharp) in guitar-based music.
Db major belongs naturally to common flat keys and is widely used in lead sheets and jazz harmony because it is easy to read and fits naturally within flat-based harmonic settings while C# is still very common in chord charts and sharp-oriented progressions.
In minor contexts, however, Db minor is much less common, because it leads to awkward spellings such as Fb and Cb. For this reason, musicians usually prefer C#m rather than Dbm in minor harmony.
