Db (D flat) is in general less used than C# (C sharp) in guitar-based music.
Db major belongs naturally to common flat keys and is widely used in lead sheets and jazz harmony because It's easy to read and fits naturally within flat-based harmonic settings while C# is still very common in chord charts and sharp-oriented progressions.
In minor contexts, however, Db minor is much less common, because it leads to awkward spellings such as Fb and Cb. For this reason, musicians usually prefer C#m rather than Dbm in minor harmony.
