Bbmadd2 is equivalent to A sharp minor added 2nd. Bbmadd2 can be seen as a Bb minor triad with an added second (C) and is comparable to Bbmadd9. It is usually played as a barre chord or movable shape (although the pictured barre shape doesn't give much room for the fingers).
