B/A is the correct name of the first chord, since A is used as the root note. This version could be used if you want to play the B chord in open position. It's also possible to skip the second string by muting it.

Bm/A is the correct name of the second chord, since A is used as the root note. This version could be used if you want to play the Bm chord in open position. It's also possible to play the second string open.
